Internet Explorer: Right click on the "slapnotes" button, then choose add to favorites
Safari, Firefox and Chrome: Drag and drop the "slapnotes" button, to your bookmarks bar:
Every time you are on a page, that you would like to bookmark,
you should just hit the "slapnotes" bookmark/favorite, to add a note instead.
